surah Kahf aya 1 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِ الْكِتَابَ وَلَمْ يَجْعَل لَّهُ عِوَجًا ۜ﴾
[ الكهف: 1]
18:1 [All] praise is [due] to Allah, who has sent down upon His Servant the Book and has not made therein any deviance.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishPraise of the attributes of perfection and majesty and for the outer and inner favours is for Allah alone, who revealed the Qur’ān to His servant and Messenger, and did not put any crookedness or diversion from the truth in this Qur’ān.

All the praises and thanks be to Allah, Who has sent down to His slave (Muhammad SAW) the Book (the Quran), and has not placed therein any crookedness.

Praise be to Allah, Who hath sent to His Servant the Book, and hath allowed therein no Crookedness:
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
All praise is due to Allah, Who has sent down to His servant the Book, and has not placed therein any crookedness.

(18:1) All praise is for Allah, Who has sent down this Book to His Servant, and assigned nothing crooked to it. *1

*1) That is, "There is nothing intricate or complicated in it that may be beyond anyone's understanding nor is there anything that deviates from the straight path of the Truth and thus cause hesitation in the mind of a truth-loving person."
