surah Al Isra aya 108 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَيَقُولُونَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّنَا إِن كَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّنَا لَمَفْعُولًا﴾
[ الإسراء: 108]
17:108 And they say, "Exalted is our Lord! Indeed, the promise of our Lord has been fulfilled."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd they say in their prostration: Our Lord will never break His promise.
The promise He made of sending Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) is going to happen.
Surely, our Lord’s promise of this and other matters will definitely occur.

And they say: "Glory be to our Lord! Truly, the Promise of our Lord must be fulfilled."

Wayaqooloona subhana rabbina in kana waAAdu rabbina lamafAAoolan
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
"And they say: 'Glory to our Lord! Truly has the promise of our Lord been fulfilled!'"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And they say: "Glory be to our Lord! Truly, the promise of our Lord must be fulfilled."
