surah Hud aya 111 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَإِنَّ كُلًّا لَّمَّا لَيُوَفِّيَنَّهُمْ رَبُّكَ أَعْمَالَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّهُ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ﴾
[ هود: 111]
11:111 And indeed, each [of the believers and disbelievers] - your Lord will fully compensate them for their deeds. Indeed, He is Acquainted with what they do.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishYour Lord, O Messenger, will certainly give each group who disagreed a full repayment for their actions.
Any good action will receive a good repayment and any evil action will receive an evil repayment.
Allah is Aware of what they do.
No action of theirs is hidden from Him.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And verily, to each of them your Lord will repay their works in full. Surely, He is All-Aware of what they do.

Wainna kullan lamma layuwaffiyannahum rabbuka aAAmalahum innahu bima yaAAmaloona khabeerun
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
And, of a surety, to all will your Lord pay back (in full the recompense) of their deeds: for He knoweth well all that they do.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And verily, to each of them your Lord will repay their works in full. Surely, He is All-Aware of what they do.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".

Nonetheless, both those and these and all and each shall Allah, your- Creator, requite with what is commensurate with their deeds; He is Alimun (Omniscient) indeed of all that their minds and souls impel them to do
