surah Baqarah aya 12 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَٰكِن لَّا يَشْعُرُونَ﴾
[ البقرة: 12]
2:12 Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe truth is that it is they who ruin things, but they do not admit this, nor do they know that their actions are the cause of all ruin.

Verily! They are the ones who make mischief, but they perceive not.

Ala innahum humu almufsidoona walakin la yashAAuroona

Of a surety, they are the ones who make mischief, but they realise (it) not.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Verily, they are the ones who make mischief, but they perceive not.
