surah Qiyamah aya 31 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّىٰ﴾
[ القيامة: 31]
75:31 And the disbeliever had not believed, nor had he prayed.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe disbeliever did not accept what his messenger brought to him, nor did he pray to Allah, may He be glorified.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
So he (the disbeliever) neither believed (in this Quran, in the Message of Muhammad SAW) nor prayed!
phonetic Transliteration
Fala saddaqa wala salla
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
So he gave nothing in charity, nor did he pray!-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
So, he neither believed nor prayed!
