﴿وَمَا أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا لَهَا مُنذِرُونَ﴾
[ الشعراء: 208]
26:208 And We did not destroy any city except that it had warners
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI did not destroy any nation except they were warned by sending messengers to them and revealing books.

Wama ahlakna min qaryatin illa laha munthiroona

Never did We destroy a population, but had its warners -
