﴿وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا﴾
[ المعارج: 21]

English - Sahih International

70:21 And when good touches him, withholding [of it],

And when something that makes him happy comes to him, i.
e.
fertility and wealth, he is very resistant in spending it in the path of Allah.
