surah Tawbah aya 21 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿يُبَشِّرُهُمْ رَبُّهُم بِرَحْمَةٍ مِّنْهُ وَرِضْوَانٍ وَجَنَّاتٍ لَّهُمْ فِيهَا نَعِيمٌ مُّقِيمٌ﴾
[ التوبة: 21]
9:21 Their Lord gives them good tidings of mercy from Him and approval and of gardens for them wherein is enduring pleasure.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishTheir Lord gives them good news to gladden their hearts, of His mercy and His contentment with them, so that He is never angry with them, and of entering them into gardens in which there is eternal bliss.

Their Lord doth give them glad tidings of a Mercy from Himself, of His good pleasure, and of gardens for them, wherein are delights that endure:
