surah Al Qamar aya 25 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿أَأُلْقِيَ الذِّكْرُ عَلَيْهِ مِن بَيْنِنَا بَلْ هُوَ كَذَّابٌ أَشِرٌ﴾
[ القمر: 25]
54:25 Has the message been sent down upon him from among us? Rather, he is an insolent liar."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHas revelation been sent down to him, whilst he is just one person, and has he been chosen for it instead of all of us? No, in fact he is an imperious liar.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
"Is it that the Reminder is sent to him [Prophet Salih (Saleh)] alone from among us? Nay, he is an insolent liar!"

Aolqiya alththikru AAalayhi min baynina bal huwa kaththabun ashirun
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
"Is it that the Message is sent to him, of all people amongst us? Nay, he is a liar, an insolent one!"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
"Is it that the Reminder is sent to him alone from among us Nay, he is an insolent liar!"
