﴿يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَن يُخَفِّفَ عَنكُمْ ۚ وَخُلِقَ الْإِنسَانُ ضَعِيفًا﴾
[ النساء: 28]
4:28 And Allah wants to lighten for you [your difficulties]; and mankind was created weak.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAllah wants to make things easy for you in His sacred law.
He does not burden you with more than you are able to do, because He knows the weakness of human beings in their creation and nature.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Allah wishes to lighten (the burden) for you; and man was created weak (cannot be patient to leave sexual intercourse with woman).

Allah doth wish to lighten your (difficulties): For man was created Weak (in flesh).
