surah Muhammad aya 34 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَصَدُّوا عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ مَاتُوا وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ فَلَن يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ﴾
[ محمد: 34]
47:34 Indeed, those who disbelieved and averted [people] from the path of Allah and then died while they were disbelievers - never will Allah forgive them.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThose who disbelieved in Allah and turned themselves as well as people away from Allah’s religion, and then passed away as disbelievers without repenting, Allah will not overlook their sins by covering them, rather He will take them to task for it and He will enter them into the Fire to remain there forever.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Verily, those who disbelieve, and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah (i.e. Islam); then die while they are disbelievers, Allah will not forgive them.

Inna allatheena kafaroo wasaddoo AAan sabeeli Allahi thumma matoo wahum kuffarun falan yaghfira Allahu lahum
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Those who reject Allah, and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, then die rejecting Allah,- Allah will not forgive them.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Verily, those who disbelieved and obstructed others from the path of Allah and then died as disbelievers -- never will Allah not forgive them.
