surah Saba aya 38 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَالَّذِينَ يَسْعَوْنَ فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ أُولَٰئِكَ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ﴾
[ سبأ: 38]
34:38 And the ones who strive against Our verses to cause [them] failure - those will be brought into the punishment [to remain].
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd the disbelievers who make it their utmost effort to turn people away from our verses and strive hard to achieve these goals of theirs are losers in this world and will be punished in the Hereafter.

And those who strive against Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), to frustrate them, will be brought to the torment.

Waallatheena yasAAawna fee ayatina muAAajizeena olaika fee alAAathabi muhdaroona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Those who strive against Our Signs, to frustrate them, will be given over into Punishment.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And those who strive against Our Ayat, to frustrate them, they will be brought to the torment.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
