﴿الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي وَهَبَ لِي عَلَى الْكِبَرِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ ۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَسَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ﴾
[ إبراهيم: 39]
14:39 Praise to Allah, who has granted to me in old age Ishmael and Isaac. Indeed, my Lord is the Hearer of supplication.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThanks and praise are due to Allah, may He be glorified, Who answered my supplication to grant me someone righteous.
In my old age, He gave me Ismael from Hajar and Ishaq from Sara.
My Lord, praised be He, hears the supplication of the supplicant.

"All the praises and thanks be to Allah, Who has given me in old age Isma'il (Ishmael) and Ishaque (Isaac). Verily! My Lord is indeed the All-Hearer of invocations.
