﴿وَالَّذِي أَخْرَجَ الْمَرْعَىٰ﴾
[ الأعلى: 4]
87:4 And who brings out the pasture
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe One Who brought out from the earth what your animals graze on.

And Who bringeth out the (green and luscious) pasture,

*5) The word mar`a as used in the Text means the fodder for animals but the context shows that here it dces not imply mere fodder but every kind of vegetation that grows out of the soil.
