surah Maryam aya 47 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَالَ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكَ ۖ سَأَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكَ رَبِّي ۖ إِنَّهُ كَانَ بِي حَفِيًّا﴾
[ مريم: 47]
19:47 [Abraham] said, "Peace will be upon you. I will ask forgiveness for you of my Lord. Indeed, He is ever gracious to me.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAbraham ( peace be upon him ) said to his father: “Greetings of peace to you from me.
You will not face from me what you dislike.
I shall seek forgiveness and guidance from my Lord for you.
He is very kind to me.

Ibrahim (Abraham) said: "Peace be on you! I will ask Forgiveness of my Lord for you. Verily! He is unto me, Ever Most Gracious.

Abraham said: "Peace be on thee: I will pray to my Lord for thy forgiveness: for He is to me Most Gracious.
