﴿وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ارْكَعُوا لَا يَرْكَعُونَ﴾
[ المرسلات: 48]
77:48 And when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhen these rejectors are told: “Perform prayer for Allah”, they do not pray to Him.

And when it is said to them: "Bow down yourself (in prayer)!" They bow not down (offer not their prayers).

Waitha qeela lahumu irkaAAoo la yarkaAAoona

And when it is said to them, "Prostrate yourselves!" they do not so.

And when it is said to them: "Bow down yourself!" They bow not down.
