﴿فَالْمُلْقِيَاتِ ذِكْرًا﴾
[ المرسلات: 5]
77:5 And those [angels] who deliver a message
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd He also takes an oath on the angels who descend bringing revelation.

And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers,

Then spread abroad a Message,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
The Mulqiyat that remind,
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
77:5 And those [angels] who deliver a message translate in arabic
Almuntakhab Fi Tafsir Alquran Alkarim
Then they disclose to them -to the Messengers- Allahs revelations and ordinances which inspirit the faith
