﴿فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَعْطَىٰ وَاتَّقَىٰ﴾
[ الليل: 5]
92:5 As for he who gives and fears Allah
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAs for the one who gives whatever is necessary for him to spend, i.
e.
Zakat, financial support and repatriation, and is mindful of that which Allah has prohibited him from.

As for him who gives (in charity) and keeps his duty to Allah and fears Him,

Faamma man aAAta waittaqa

So he who gives (in charity) and fears (Allah),
