﴿وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ مُّسْتَطَرٌ﴾
[ القمر: 53]
54:53 And every small and great [thing] is inscribed.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishEvery small and big action or statement is written in the books of deeds and in the Preserved Tablet, and they will be recompensed for it.

And everything, small and big is written (in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz already beforehand i.e. before it befalls, or is done by its doer) (See the Quran V. 57:22).

Wakullu sagheerin wakabeerin mustatarun

Every matter, small and great, is on record.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And everything, small and large, is written down.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
