surah Tawbah aya 53 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قُلْ أَنفِقُوا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا لَّن يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنكُمْ ۖ إِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ﴾
[ التوبة: 53]
9:53 Say, "Spend willingly or unwillingly; never will it be accepted from you. Indeed, you have been a defiantly disobedient people."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishTell them O Messenger, : 'Spend of your wealth willingly or unwillingly, for it will not be accepted from you because of your disbelief and disloyalty to Allah.

Say: "Spend (in Allah's Cause) willingly or unwillingly, it will not be accepted from you. Verily, you are ever a people who are Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah)."

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Say: "Spend (for the cause) willingly or unwillingly: not from you will it be accepted: for ye are indeed a people rebellious and wicked."
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Say: "Spend willingly or unwillingly, it will not be accepted from you. Verily, you are ever a people who are rebellious."

To this AIlah retorted, saying, "Whatever you may contribute, it shall not be accepted" .
