surah Furqan aya 59 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ ۚ الرَّحْمَٰنُ فَاسْأَلْ بِهِ خَبِيرًا﴾
[ الفرقان: 59]
25:59 He who created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six days and then established Himself above the Throne - the Most Merciful, so ask about Him one well informed.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe One who created the heavens and earth and what is between them in six days, and then established Himself on the throne, in a meaning that is befitting for His Majesty.
He is the Merciful, so ask then - O Messenger - about Him, One who is aware, and that is Allah - the One who knows everything and from Whom nothing is hidden.

Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six Days. Then He Istawa (rose over) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). The Most Beneficent (Allah)! Ask Him (O Prophet Muhammad SAW), (concerning His Qualities, His rising over His Throne, His creations, etc.), as He is Al-Khabir (The All-Knower of everything i.e. Allah).

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
He Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between, in six days, and is firmly established on the Throne (of Authority): Allah Most Gracious: ask thou, then, about Him of any acquainted (with such things).
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six Days. Then He rose over (Istawa) the Throne. The Most Gracious! Ask Him, as He is the All-Knower.
