surah Al Imran aya 63 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِالْمُفْسِدِينَ﴾
[ آل عمران: 63]
3:63 But if they turn away, then indeed - Allah is Knowing of the corrupters.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIf they turn away from what you have brought and do not follow you, then it is because they are corrupt.
Allah knows those who cause corruption in the earth and He will recompense them for that.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And if they turn away (and do not accept these true proofs and evidences), then surely, Allah is All-Aware of those who do mischief.

Fain tawallaw fainna Allaha AAaleemun bialmufsideena

But if they turn back, Allah hath full knowledge of those who do mischief.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
