43:69 [You] who believed in Our verses and were Muslims.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in English“Those who believed in the Qur’ān that was revealed upon their Messenger and were submissive to it, fulfilling its commands and refraining from things He did not allow.

(You) who believed in Our Ayat (proofs, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and were Muslims (i.e. who submit totally to Allah's Will, and believe in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism).

(Being) those who have believed in Our Signs and bowed (their wills to Ours) in Islam.
