﴿فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ﴾
[ الشرح: 7]
94:7 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishSo when you finish your work and complete it, strive in the worship of your Lord.

So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer).

Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
So when you have finished, devote yourself to Allah's worship.
