surah Shams aya 9 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن زَكَّاهَا﴾
[ الشمس: 9]
91:9 He has succeeded who purifies it,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishVerily, the one who has purified his soul by adorning it with virtuous characteristics and freeing it from evil traits, has succeeded.

Indeed he succeeds who purifies his ownself (i.e. obeys and performs all that Allah ordered, by following the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism and by doing righteous good deeds).

Qad aflaha man zakkaha

Truly he succeeds that purifies it,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Indeed he succeeds who purifies it.
