surah TaHa aya 95 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَالَ فَمَا خَطْبُكَ يَا سَامِرِيُّ﴾
[ طه: 95]
20:95 [Moses] said, "And what is your case, O Samiri?"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishMoses ( peace be upon him ) said to Samiri: “What is your matter, O Samiri? What made you do what you did?”

[Musa (Moses)] said: "And what is the matter with you. O Samiri? (i.e. why did you do so?)"
phonetic Transliteration
Qala fama khatbuka ya samiriyyu
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
(Moses) said: "What then is thy case, O Samiri?"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
(Musa) said: "And what is the matter with you. O Samiri"
