surah Muminun aya 95 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ أَن نُّرِيَكَ مَا نَعِدُهُمْ لَقَادِرُونَ﴾
[ المؤمنون: 95]
23:95 And indeed, We are able to show you what We have promised them.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI have power to make you witness and see the punishment I am promising them.
I am not powerless to do this or anything else.

And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them.

Wainna AAala an nuriyaka ma naAAiduhum laqadiroona

And We are certainly able to show thee (in fulfilment) that against which they are warned.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And indeed We are able to show you that with which We have threatened them.
