O voi che credete, se state per morire e fate testamento, prendete - sura Al-Maidah Versetto 106

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا شَهَادَةُ بَيْنِكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ حِينَ الْوَصِيَّةِ اثْنَانِ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ أَوْ آخَرَانِ مِنْ غَيْرِكُمْ إِنْ أَنتُمْ ضَرَبْتُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَأَصَابَتْكُم مُّصِيبَةُ الْمَوْتِ ۚ تَحْبِسُونَهُمَا مِن بَعْدِ الصَّلَاةِ فَيُقْسِمَانِ بِاللَّهِ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ لَا نَشْتَرِي بِهِ ثَمَنًا وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَىٰ ۙ وَلَا نَكْتُمُ شَهَادَةَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا إِذًا لَّمِنَ الْآثِمِينَ﴾
[ المائدة: 106]

O voi che credete, se state per morire e fate testamento, prendete come testimoni due uomini integri dei vostri; oppure, se siete in viaggio e vi giunga preavviso della morte, [due uomini] a voi estranei. Li tratterrete dopo l'orazione e, se avete dubbi, fateli giurare in nome di Allah: “Non rinnegheremo per nessuna somma, neanche a favore di un parente, e non nasconderemo la testimonianza di Allah, ché in tal caso saremmo peccatori”.

O voi credenti, se uno di voi muore o vi sono segni che egli stia per morire, scegliete due testimoni corretti e musulmani per il suo testamento, oppure, in caso di bisogno, due miscredenti, se non avete altri testimoni musulmani.
E se muore durante il viaggio e vi è qualche incertezza nella loro testimonianza, tratteneteli dopo una delle preghiere, facendo loro giurare in nome di Allāh di non vendere la loro fede in Allāh ad alcun prezzo, di non tendere a favore di un parente, e di non nascondere la testimonianza dinanzi ad Allāh; in verità, se compiono ciò saranno tra i peccatori che disobbediscono ad Allāh.

Portuguese Translation - Helmy Nasr

Ó vós que credes! Quando a morte se apresentar a um de vós, que haja, ao testar, o testemunho de dois homens justos dos vossos ou o de dois outros, que não dos vossos, se estais percorrendo a terra e sois alcançados pela desgraça da morte. Retende-os a ambos, após a oração; e eles jurarão por Allah, se duvidais deles, e dirão: Não venderemos isso por preço algum, ainda que o benefíciado seja parente, nem ocultaremos o testemunho de Allah: por certo, nesse caso, seríamos dos pecadores.

106. Oh, creyentes!, si a alguno de vosotros está próximo a morir y quiere dejar testamento, que tome a dos testigos justos de entre vosotros o a otros dos que no sean de los vuestros (porque no sean musulmanes), si la adversidad de la muerte os alcanza estando de viaje. Retenedlos después del salat y, si tenéis dudas sobre ellos, que juren por Al-lah (lo siguiente): «No cambiaremos el testimonio bajo ningún precio, ni en beneficio de algún pariente cercano, y no ocultaremos el testimonio de Al-lah, de lo contrario estaríamos entre los pecadores».

English - Sahih International

O you who have believed, testimony [should be taken] among you when death approaches one of you at the time of bequest - [that of] two just men from among you or two others from outside if you are traveling through the land and the disaster of death should strike you. Detain them after the prayer and let them both swear by Allah if you doubt [their testimony, saying], "We will not exchange our oath for a price, even if he should be a near relative, and we will not withhold the testimony of Allah. Indeed, we would then be of the sinful."
