﴿وَإِذَا بَطَشْتُم بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِينَ﴾
[ الشعراء: 130]
26:130 And when you strike, you strike as tyrants.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in English“And when you attack a place, you attack like tyrants, killing and with violence, showing no kindness or mercy.
”

"And when you seize, seize you as tyrants?

Waitha batashtum batashtum jabbareena

"And when ye exert your strong hand, do ye do it like men of absolute power?

"And when you seize (somebody), seize you (him) as tyrants"
