surah Qalam aya 15 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿إِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِ آيَاتُنَا قَالَ أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ﴾
[ القلم: 15]
68:15 When Our verses are recited to him, he says, "Legends of the former peoples."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhen My verses are read to him, he says, “This are the tales written of the people of the past.
”

When Our Verses (of the Quran) are recited to him, he says: "Tales of the men of old!"

Itha tutla AAalayhi ayatuna qala asateeru alawwaleena

When to him are rehearsed Our Signs, "Tales of the ancients", he cries!
