6:164 Say, "Is it other than Allah I should desire as a lord while He is the Lord of all things? And every soul earns not [blame] except against itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return, and He will inform you concerning that over which you used to differ."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishSay, O Messenger, to these idolaters: Shall I search for someone other than Allah as a Lord when He, may He be glorified, is the Lord of everything? He is the Lord of those things that you worship besides Him.
No innocent person will bear the sin of another.
Then your return will be to your Lord alone on the Day of Judgement, and He will inform you about religious matters that you used to differ about when you were in the world.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

Say to them: Shall I choose a god other than Allah, the Creator, Who is the Creator of the whole and of all in all. And no soul imprints its deed with piety or with evil but it is to its own credit or discredit respectively, nor shall a soul bearing wrongs or not, bear the wrong of another, then back to Allah, your Creator, you are all destined to go. Say, "Is it other than Allah I should desire as a lord meaning
*144). Since God is the Lord of the entire universe, how could anyone be His lord? Since the entire universe is yoked to obedience to God, man is an integral part of the universe, how can he reasonably, look for another lord in that area of his life in which he uses his own volition, ind judgement? Is it appropriate for him to move in diametrical opposition to the entire universe?
*145). Every person is responsible for whatever he does; and no one is responsible for the deeds of others.
Say, "Is it other than Allah I should desire as a lord meaning in Urdu
