surah Yusuf aya 91 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَالُوا تَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ آثَرَكَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَإِن كُنَّا لَخَاطِئِينَ﴾
[ يوسف: 91]
12:91 They said, "By Allah, certainly has Allah preferred you over us, and indeed, we have been sinners."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe brothers apologised to Joseph for their behaviour towards him, and they said that Allah had indeed preferred him over them through the attributes of perfection He had given to him, and that they had committed evil and disobedience in what they had done to him.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
They said: "By Allah! Indeed Allah has preferred you above us, and we certainly have been sinners."

Qaloo taAllahi laqad atharaka Allahu AAalayna wain kunna lakhatieena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
They said: "By Allah! indeed has Allah preferred thee above us, and we certainly have been guilty of sin!"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
They said: "By Allah! Indeed Allah has preferred you above us, and we certainly have been sinners."
