﴿فَالزَّاجِرَاتِ زَجْرًا﴾
[ الصافات: 2]
37:2 And those who drive [the clouds]
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd I also take an oath on the angels who drive the rainclouds and send them to wherever I command they send rain.

By those (angels) who drive the clouds in a good way.

Faalzzajirati zajran

And so are strong in repelling (evil),
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
By those who drive the clouds in a good way.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
37:2 And those who drive [the clouds] translate in arabic

And by those who take a firm stand against evil and bring it into reproach to be a reproach to the wrongdoer
