﴿وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُ أَحَدٌ﴾
[ الفجر: 26]
89:26 And none will bind [as severely] as His binding [of the evildoers].
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishNeither will anyone bind in chains like His binding of the disbelievers in chains.

Wala yoothiqu wathaqahu ahadun

And His bonds will be such as none (other) can bind.
