﴿قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَكُمُ الَّذِي أُرْسِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ لَمَجْنُونٌ﴾
[ الشعراء: 27]
26:27 [Pharaoh] said, "Indeed, your 'messenger' who has been sent to you is mad."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishPharaoh said: This man who claims to be a Messenger to you is insane.
He is not aware of how to respond and he says that which does not make sense.

Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "Verily, your Messenger who has been sent to you is a madman!"

Qala inna rasoolakumu allathee orsila ilaykum lamajnoonun

(Pharaoh) said: "Truly your messenger who has been sent to you is a veritable madman!"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
(Fir`awn) said: "Verily, your Messenger who has been sent to you is a madman!"
