﴿وَالنَّاشِرَاتِ نَشْرًا﴾
[ المرسلات: 3]
77:3 And [by] the winds that spread [clouds]
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd also on the winds that disperse the rain.

And by the winds that scatter clouds and rain;

Waalnnashirati nashran

And scatter (things) far and wide;
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
