﴿وَتِلْكَ الْأَمْثَالُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ ۖ وَمَا يَعْقِلُهَا إِلَّا الْعَالِمُونَ﴾
[ العنكبوت: 43]
29:43 And these examples We present to the people, but none will understand them except those of knowledge.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThese examples that I draw for people, to awaken them and make them see the truth and guide them to it, can only be grasped in the desired manner by those who have knowledge of Allah’s law and rule.

And such are the Parables We set forth for mankind, but only those understand them who have knowledge.
