surah Yunus aya 48 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ﴾
[ يونس: 48]
10:48 And they say, "When is [the fulfillment of] this promise, if you should be truthful?"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe stbborn disbelievers say: 'When will the punishment you promised to us occur, if you are telling the truth.
'
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And they say: "When will be this promise (the torment or the Day of Resurrection), - if you speak the truth?"
phonetic Transliteration
Wayaqooloona mata hatha alwaAAdu in kuntum sadiqeena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
They say: "When will this promise come to pass,- if ye speak the truth?"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And they say: "When will be this promise (the torment or the Day of Resurrection), if you speak the truth"
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".

The infidels ask as usual: When shall it -the Day of judgment- be, if you - the Messenger and his followers- are declaring the truth
