surah An Nur aya 57 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مُعْجِزِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ وَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ ۖ وَلَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ﴾
[ النور: 57]
24:57 Never think that the disbelievers are causing failure [to Allah] upon the earth. Their refuge will be the Fire - and how wretched the destination.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishO Messenger! Do not ever think that those who disbelieve in Allah will slip away from Him when He intends to punish them.
Their abode on the Day of Judgment is hell; what an evil abode hell is!

Never think thou that the Unbelievers are going to frustrate (Allah's Plan) on earth: their abode is the Fire,- and it is indeed an evil refuge!
