surah TaHa aya 74 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿إِنَّهُ مَن يَأْتِ رَبَّهُ مُجْرِمًا فَإِنَّ لَهُ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَىٰ﴾
[ طه: 74]
20:74 Indeed, whoever comes to his Lord as a criminal - indeed, for him is Hell; he will neither die therein nor live.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe matter and gist is that those who come to their Lord on the Day of Judgment as disbelievers will enter the fire to remain there forever.
Therein they will not die and be relieved of its torment, nor will they live a pleasant life.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Verily! Whoever comes to his Lord as a Mujrim (criminal, polytheist, disbeliever in the Oneness of Allah and His Messengers, sinner, etc.), then surely, for him is Hell, therein he will neither die nor live.

Innahu man yati rabbahu mujriman fainna lahu jahannama la yamootu feeha wala yahya
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Verily he who comes to his Lord as a sinner (at Judgment),- for him is Hell: therein shall he neither die nor live.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Verily, whoever comes to his Lord as a criminal, then surely, for him is Hell, wherein he will neither die nor live.

(20:74) 'In fact, *50 for the one who comes before his Lord as a criminal, there shall be Hell, wherein he shall neither live nor die. *51
Indeed, whoever comes to his Lord as a criminal - indeed, for meaning
*50) This is a saying of Allah, which has been added to the foregoing words of the magicians.
*51) This is the most terrible of all the punishments that have been mentioned in the Qur'an. The criminal will prefer death to the horrible life in Hell, but death will not come to him. He will remain in that state of agony without any hope of relief from it.
