surah Yasin aya 79 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قُلْ يُحْيِيهَا الَّذِي أَنشَأَهَا أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ ۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيمٌ﴾
[ يس: 79]
36:79 Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishO Muhammad! Say to him in reply: “Whoever created these bones in the first place will bring them back to life, because the one who created them initially is not incapable of returning life to them; He ( may He be glorified ) is the knower of everything, nothing is hidden from Him.
”
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Say: (O Muhammad SAW) "He will give life to them Who created them for the first time! And He is the All-Knower of every creation!"

Qul yuhyeeha allathee anshaaha awwala marratin wahuwa bikulli khalqin AAaleemun
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Say, "He will give them life Who created them for the first time! for He is Well-versed in every kind of creation!-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Say: "He will give life to them Who created them for the first time! And He is the All-Knower of every creation!"
