surah Al Imran aya 88 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا لَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ﴾
[ آل عمران: 88]
3:88 Abiding eternally therein. The punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThese disbelievers will live eternally in the fire of Hell, never to leave! Their suffering will not be lightened and they will not be given more time to repent and ask for forgiveness.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
They will abide therein (Hell). Neither will their torment be lightened, nor will it be delayed or postponed (for a while).

Khalideena feeha la yukhaffafu AAanhumu alAAathabu wala hum yuntharoona

In that will they dwell; nor will their penalty be lightened, nor respite be (their lot);-
