surah Yusuf aya 89 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَالَ هَلْ عَلِمْتُم مَّا فَعَلْتُم بِيُوسُفَ وَأَخِيهِ إِذْ أَنتُمْ جَاهِلُونَ﴾
[ يوسف: 89]
12:89 He said, "Do you know what you did with Joseph and his brother when you were ignorant?"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhen he heard their words he felt compassion towards them, and let them know who he was, asking them if they knew what they did to Joseph and his full brother when they were ignorant of the consequences of what they did to them.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
He said: "Do you know what you did with Yusuf (Joseph) and his brother, when you were ignorant?"
phonetic Transliteration
Qala hal AAalimtum ma faAAaltum biyoosufa waakheehi ith antum jahiloona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
He said: "Know ye how ye dealt with Joseph and his brother, not knowing (what ye were doing)?"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
He said: "Do you know what you did with Yusuf and his brother, when you were ignorant"

(12:89) At this Joseph. who could contain himself no longer, exclaimed, "Do you know what you did with Joseph and his brother, when you were ignorant?"
