surah Maryam aya 94 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿لَّقَدْ أَحْصَاهُمْ وَعَدَّهُمْ عَدًّا﴾
[ مريم: 94]
19:94 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHe has full knowledge of them and has numbered them exactly.
Nothing of theirs is hidden from Him.

Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting.

He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly.
