Afaaminoo an ta'tiyahum ghashiyatun min AAathabi Allahi aw ta'tiyahumu assaAAatu baghtatan wahum (surah Yusuf: 107)

﴿أَفَأَمِنُوا أَن تَأْتِيَهُمْ غَاشِيَةٌ مِّنْ عَذَابِ اللَّهِ أَوْ تَأْتِيَهُمُ السَّاعَةُ بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ﴾
[ يوسف: 107]

Afaaminoo an ta'tiyahum ghashiyatun min AAathabi Allahi aw ta'tiyahumu assaAAatu baghtatan wahum la yashAAuroon

a fa aminū an ta`tiyahum gāsyiyatum min 'ażābillāhi au ta`tiyahumus-sā'atu bagtataw wa hum lā yasy'urụn

English translation of the meaning

Then do they feel secure that there will not come to them an overwhelming [aspect] of the punishment of Allah or that the Hour will not come upon them suddenly while they do not perceive?
