Quranic verses about Reward from Allah (Al-Ajr 'ala Allah) in the Holy Quran

|
﴿أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ هَدَى ٱللَّهُۖ فَبِهُدَىٰهُمُ ٱقۡتَدِهۡۗ قُل لَّآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ أَجۡرًاۖ إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرَىٰ لِلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾ [Al-An‘ām: 90]
(90) Those are the ones whom Allah has guided, so from their guidance take an example. Say, "I ask of you for this message no payment. It is not but a reminder for the worlds."

|
﴿أَمۡ تَسۡـَٔلُهُمۡ خَرۡجٗا فَخَرَاجُ رَبِّكَ خَيۡرٞۖ وَهُوَ خَيۡرُ ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ ﴾ [Al-Mu’minūn: 72]
(72) Or do you, [O Muhammad], ask them for payment? But the reward of your Lord is best, and He is the best of providers.
|
|
﴿قُلۡ مَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍ إِلَّا مَن شَآءَ أَن يَتَّخِذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِيلٗا ﴾ [Al-Furqān: 57]
(57) Say, "I do not ask of you for it any payment - only that whoever wills might take to his Lord a way."
|
|
﴿وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾ [Ash-Shu‘arā’: 109]
(109) And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.

|
﴿وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾ [Ash-Shu‘arā’: 127]
(127) And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.

|
﴿وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾ [Ash-Shu‘arā’: 145]
(145) And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.

|
﴿وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾ [Ash-Shu‘arā’: 164]
(164) And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.

|
﴿وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾ [Ash-Shu‘arā’: 180]
(180) And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.

|
﴿قُلۡ مَا سَأَلۡتُكُم مِّنۡ أَجۡرٖ فَهُوَ لَكُمۡۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱللَّهِۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٞ ﴾ [Saba’: 47]
(47) Say, "Whatever payment I might have asked of you - it is yours. My payment is only from Allah, and He is, over all things, Witness."

(21) Follow those who do not ask of you [any] payment, and they are [rightly] guided.
|
|
(86) Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for the Qur'an any payment, and I am not of the pretentious
|
|
﴿ذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِي يُبَشِّرُ ٱللَّهُ عِبَادَهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِۗ قُل لَّآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ أَجۡرًا إِلَّا ٱلۡمَوَدَّةَ فِي ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰۗ وَمَن يَقۡتَرِفۡ حَسَنَةٗ نَّزِدۡ لَهُۥ فِيهَا حُسۡنًاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ شَكُورٌ ﴾ [Ash-Shūra: 23]
(23) It is that of which Allah gives good tidings to His servants who believe and do righteous deeds. Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for this message any payment [but] only good will through kinship." And whoever commits a good deed - We will increase for him good therein. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Appreciative.

(40) Or do you, [O Muhammad], ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down?
