surah Anam aya 103 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿لَّا تُدْرِكُهُ الْأَبْصَارُ وَهُوَ يُدْرِكُ الْأَبْصَارَ ۖ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ﴾
[ الأنعام: 103]
6:103 Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Acquainted.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishVision cannot encompass Him, but His Vision covers and encompasses all things.
He is the One Who is Subtle with His righteous servants and is Aware of them.

No vision can grasp Him, but His Grasp is over all vision. He is the Most Subtle and Courteous, Well-Acquainted with all things.

No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision: He is above all comprehension, yet is acquainted with all things.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision. He is the Most Subtle, Well-Acquainted (with all things).
