surah Assaaffat aya 114 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَارُونَ﴾
[ الصافات: 114]
37:114 And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd verily I favoured Moses and his brother Aaron with messengership.

And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron).

Walaqad mananna AAala moosa waharoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And, indeed We gave Our grace to Musa and Harun.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
