surah Baqarah aya 117 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿بَدِيعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِذَا قَضَىٰ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ﴾
[ البقرة: 117]
2:117 Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, "Be," and it is.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAllah is the Creator of the heavens and the earth and all that is in them; and there is nothing in creation that is like Him.
If He decrees and wills something, He only says to it ‘Be’ and it is as He willed it.
Nothing can stop His command and His decree.
