surah Sajdah aya 28 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْفَتْحُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ﴾
[ السجدة: 28]
32:28 And they say, "When will be this conquest, if you should be truthful?"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThose that reject the resurrection say, while seeking the punishment in haste, “When is this judgement that you claim is going to be made between us and yourselves on the Day of Judgement, and consequently our abode will be hellfire and yours paradise?”
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
They say: "When will this Al-Fath (Decision) be (between us and you, i.e. the Day of Resurrection), if you are telling the truth?"
phonetic Transliteration
Wayaqooloona mata hatha alfathu in kuntum sadiqeena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
They say: "When will this decision be, if ye are telling the truth?"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
They say: "When will this Fath be, if you are telling the truth"
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
32:28 And they say, "When will be this conquest, if you should be translate in arabic

And they -the infidels- insolently challenge you O Muhammad to overcome them, asking: On what day do you expect victory to sit on your helm if you are declaring the truth

(32:28) They say: 'If you are truthful, (tell us) when will the Judgement come?' *41
And they say, "When will be this conquest, if you should be meaning
*41) That is, "You say that Allah's succour will at last reach you and your rejectors will be struck down by His wrath. Then, tell us: When will this happen? When will judgement be passed between you and us?"

یہ لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ "یہ فیصلہ کب ہو گا اگر تم سچے ہو؟"
